This section includes Denmark's first stamp from 1851, Scott # 1 the 2 Rigsbankskilling blue. That same year the so-called ''square stamps'' were introduced featuring the Royal Emblems as motifs. Next, the Danish bi-colored stamps, very interesting with many varieties and very popular with collectors. Bi-colors were in use from 1870 until 1904.
